UV LED alternative: UV-A LED with 365nm wave length will cure the clear depending on intensity and time of exposure.

Spray pass

Dry film thickness 1.6 -2.0 mil (40 μm - 50 μm) approx. 1 - 2 spray coats

Flash-off time

Flash time: approx. 2 - 3 min. End flash time: approx. 2 - 3 min

Drying

Dry with a UV-A lamp (distance 6 - 8 inches /15 - 20 cm ): 3 - 4 min. Dry with a UV-A LED: 3 - 4 min

Caution

60° F - 77° F / 15 - 25° C and a relative humidity 40 - 60%.
